Hurray for Patrick! I am so proud because that is my school, my hometown.:) The coach, Mr. Marks is an amazing man. He was my nephew Jon's 6th grade teacher. Jon suffered brain damage from oxygen deprivation at birth. Mr. Marks believed in Jon and wouldn't let him quit when he was down on himself. He was at Jon's graduation party, and wrote a wonderful recommendation for Jon's college applications. Jon just graduated with a Bachelor's degree from New England College. Not bad for someone with a label of developmentally delayed.:)
I think it is a great way to spend time with Meghan! I used to take Jimmy to swimming lessons every Saturday morning when we lived in El Paso. Now he swims twice a week in the morning before school and he loves it!
Have fun!
Amy
